Overview:
Our exam voucher policy was created with student success in mind. As part of our commitment to helping students reach their certification goals, ACI Learning covers the cost of one certification attempt per course. Because this benefit is not included in the cost of attendance, we’ve established a voucher release policy to ensure students are prepared to succeed and to maintain high standards of academic integrity and stewardship.
This policy is designed to encourage steady progress and provide a fair, supportive pathway to certification for all students. It’s important to understand that exam vouchers are offered as a valuable opportunity to support your journey—not as a guaranteed entitlement or privilege.
Exam Voucher Release Policy:
Only one exam voucher will be released at a time.
Multiple voucher releases at one time will not be approved.
Students must schedule the certification exam within four weeks of voucher release, or the voucher will be reclaimed by ACI Learning.
Pass or fail results must be reported before requesting the next voucher.
Voucher Request Deadline:
Students have up to four months post-course completion to request exam vouchers.
Exam Voucher Release Requirements:
To qualify for a certification exam voucher, students must:
Pass the course with a minimum score of 70% on the End-course Assessment (EOC).
Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance throughout the course.
Achieve 85% or higher in Exam Prep Mode.
Complete all required labs (for applicable courses).
How to Request a Certification Voucher:
Students can request a certification voucher by submitting the required documentation through any of the following methods:

Attending a Mentor meeting
Join the Open Mentor Session
Participating in and successfully completing an Exam Prep Workshop
Be sure to have your required documentation ready when submitting your request.
Exam Scheduling Information:
Once your voucher request is approved, your exam voucher will be sent to you via email within 48 business hours. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, just in case.
