Logging into ITPro

When navigating to your ITPro account, you’ll need to log in through our main site (app.acilearning.com/login?) to do so.

  • If you’re encountering the error below on the login page, your email address and/or password is typed incorrectly.  

Troubleshooting Login and Password Errors

If you are experiencing issues logging into your ITPro account or resetting your password, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue and gain access to your account.

Verify Your Email Address and Credentials

The first step in troubleshooting login and password errors is to verify that you are using the correct email address and credentials associated with your ITPro account. Make sure there are no additional spaces or characters in your username and password.

Update Password Autofill Add-Ons

If you have a password autofill add-on, such as LastPass, make sure that the information is up to date with your most recent ITPro credentials. Outdated information can cause login and password errors, so it is important to keep your autofill add-ons up to date.

Reset Your Password

If you have verified your email address and credentials and updated any password autofill add-ons, but are still experiencing issues, you can reset your password. To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Reset Password

2. Fill out your email associated with your account and his "Request Reset"

Once you have submitted your email address, you will receive an email from ITPro containing a link to reset your password. If you do not see this email in your primary inbox, be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder.

Please note that password reset links are time-sensitive and will expire after 15 minutes. If you receive a token error message, you will need to request another reset as this one has expired.

ReCAPTCHA Errors

If you encounter a reCAPTCHA error, such as "Missing reCAPTCHA Validation: Try Again" during the login or password reset process, please check the following:


Logging out of ITPro

After upgrading or making changes to your account, you'll need to reload your account in order to see these updates. If a simple page refresh does not work, you may need to log out of your ITPro account and log back in.

Logging out of your ITPro account is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to log out:

1. Navigate to the top of the screen on any page of ITPro.

2. Clicking this button will log you out of your ITPro account and redirect you to the main login page.

Once you have logged out, you can log back in to your account and see the updates you have made. If you are still not seeing the changes, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before logging back in. This will ensure that you are viewing the most recent version of the page.
