Course Completion Overview:

ACI Learning utilizes a pass/fail grading system for all offered courses. Students must achieve a minimum of 80% attendance for each class and successfully pass the end-course assessment for each class with a minimum score of 70% to receive a passing grade.

For more information on the end-course assessment, please consult this article.

Upon successful completion of a class, students will be eligible to download their certificate of completion through the Learning Portal.

Certificates of Completion:

Once the prerequisite requirements for attendance and end-course assessment have been met, a Certificate of Completion will appear at the top of the course tile in the Learning Portal. This field will indicate when the course was successfully completed and will provide students with the option to download the certificate directly through the Learning Portal.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: My class has finished, but I do not see an option to download my certificate of completion. What should I do?

A: In instances where your certificate of completion has not populated, you will want to ensure the following:

If you feel as though you have met both of these requirements, but still do not see the option to download your certificate of completion, please contact Support through the chat bubble.

This field will indicate when the course was successfully completed and will provide students with the option to download the certificate directly through the Learning Portal.
