Access Code Overview

ITPro has partnered with several organizations that allow users access to specific ITPro content by redeeming an access code. Whether you received an access code activation url or just an access code, the following information should help you get started with your ITPro account. All of our access codes follow this format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Activation URL

If you receive a url, follow the link and submit the account creation form. The access code is part of that url and following the link to the account creation page will automatically redeem the code for your new ITPro account.

To redeem your access code through the activation URL, simply click on the link provided and it will take you to the account creation page. Once there, fill out the form with your information and the access code will automatically be applied to your new ITPro account.

Alternatively, if you do already have an account with ITPro, pull the 16 digit access code from the url on the account creation form. It will match the above format. You will take that code and follow the instructions in the "Already have an ITPro account?" section found later in this article.

Access Code

If you receive an access code and you do not have an ITPro account, please go to our free sign up page and create your ITPro account. Before submitting the form, enter your access code by selecting "Have an Access Code?" This will automatically apply the code to your new ITPro account.

Once that form is submitted along with your access code, you'll be prompted to log in again. At that time, you'll have access to your specific content which you can see on your account settings page.

Already have an ITPro account?


Please log in and navigate to your Account Settings page (Click on the Account icon in the top right corner).

Select the "Access Code -- View/Redeem" option, then enter your code in the "Redeem Code" box and click redeem. Once you've redeemed your code, you'll see the content listed on the right along with the dates of access.

Your courses will be accessible from the courses page.

Activation URL or Code Not Working?

If you are having trouble with your activation URL or code, don't worry! There are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

1. Check the URL or Code

The first thing to do is double check the URL or code you were provided. Make sure there are no typos or missing characters. If you are copying and pasting the code, be sure to copy the entire code and not just a portion of it.

2. Contact the Vendor

If the URL or code still does not work, the next step is to reach out to the vendor who provided it. They may be able to provide you with a new code or troubleshoot the issue for you.

3. Reach Out to User Support

If you are unable to get a working code from the vendor, you can also contact our User Support team for assistance. You can easily reach out to us by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.
