How to Upgrade to a paid ITPRO account

If you already have an ITPro account, upgrading is easy!

From your browser, login to ITPro and click the Upgrade Membership button.

Select the subscription you would like to purchase.

If you have a Free Membership you will see a check out screen.

If you have a paid subscription, you'll be asked to confirm your upgrade.

Discounts/Coupon Codes

If you have a discount/coupon code, please enter the code into the box that says "Enter A Coupon Code" and click APPLY.

With the successful addition to your discount/coupon code, you will see a green pop up box that says "Coupon (EXAMPLE24) has been applied".

You will see a new TOTAL minus the discount/coupon code. If you see anything other than that (Ex: Discount code did not apply or the total amount did not change), please STOP here. Chat in to User Support using the chat bubble on the bottom, right hand side of your screen.

Click the Proceed To Checkout button.

Adding Your Billing Information

Click the EDIT button to add your billing information.

Click SAVE.

Click the NEXT button.

Please check all of your billing and subscription information for accuracy.

After reviewing the Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, check the box that says "I agree to the terms as stated above".

Click the NEXT button.

Adding Credit & Debit Cards

Click on the button next to Credit Card.

Debit Card Customer's: Our billing system processes credit and debits cards in the same manner so please add your debit card to the section marked as Credit Cards.

Adding Your PayPal Account

Click the button next to PayPal.

Click the Go To PayPal button.

You will now be redirected to the PayPal website to enter your PayPal account information.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation that shows your subscription details and renewal date.

Please Note: Since you just upgraded, your account may not have updated to your new membership yet. Logging out and back into your account should sync your new purchase, and allow you to access the courses and features.
