ACI Learning values student feedback on their overall experience concerning their courses, instructors, and curriculum. As such, students will be provided with the option of completing course evaluations for all registered courses on the last day of each class.

The link to access the course evaluation can be found within the Learning Portal on the Overview tab for the respective course tile. Depending on the browser being used, students may need to select “Show more” to view the link.

By selecting this link, students will be redirected to CourseCheck, the platform ACI Learning utilizes to collect and review all course evaluation feedback. Students can opt to submit feedback anonymously or identify themselves in their responses. All feedback is reviewed as a means for ACI Learning to improve the overall student learning experience and revise our course curriculum.

As a reminder, evaluations should only be submitted on the last day of class. Instructors will typically remind students of this after end-course assessments have been completed. While these evaluation surveys are not mandatory, we highly encourage all students to share commentary on their experience so we can work to continuously improve.

Q: How do I complete the course evaluation after I am done with the class?

Q: My instructor did not mention the course evaluation. Is this something I can still complete?

A: Absolutely. Course evaluation links are present in all course tiles for courses in which you are enrolled. Even if your instructor does not remind you of this option, we encourage all students to complete this survey on the last day of class.

Q: Can failing to complete the course evaluation prevent me from passing my class?

A: Completing the course evaluation does not have any bearing on a student’s ability to pass or fail a class. Successful course completion is based on attendance and end-course assessment score. Therefore, not completing the course evaluation will not prevent you from successfully completing your course.

Q: I want to complete the course evaluation without being identified as the submitter. What are my options?

A: We value the option for students to submit feedback anonymously. Therefore, CourseCheck does not require that you identify yourself in your submission.
