Courses in Production Overview

"Creating engaging content, daily" is crucial to our mission at ITPro. Every day, the ITPro team is hard at work creating multiple episodes, courses, and other content for our members to keep them engaged in our community. ITPro is always "In Production," but the rate at which courses are published will vary.

Content, like the IT world itself, is quick to change. Turnover of certification requirements and programs can happen overnight. While the change may be quick, re-writing and re-filming a course is a process that takes time. The ITPro Edutainers want their material to be accurate, as well as entertaining. Our Production Team strives for the highest quality in video and audio, to ensure all formats are comparable to our members' standards.

When Can I Expect Courses to be Updated At ITPro?

At ITPro, we have our Member’s best interest in mind when it comes to ensuring that we are releasing the most up-to-date courses. For some courses, updates can be finalized within a week. Other times, a course requires more research time to ensure that when it is published, the course has all of the information necessary for our members. ITPro wants our members to be engaging with content that is the most up-to-date.

For these reasons, timelines for course production may not be available. By checking the ITPro dashboard, you can be sure to see the most up-to-date announcements of upcoming courses. Remember that production end dates are flexible, as the ITPro Team endeavors to make the highest quality courses possible.

In Production courses will also not have certain features available until after the course is fully finalized. Features that may be added later include closed captions, transcripts, course materials/show notes, virtual labs, and practice tests. If a course will have any of these features, they will be added after the course is moved out of production.

Conclusion

Knowing that ITPro is always striving for the highest quality content and the most up-to-date courses, please continue to check and follow your ITPro dashboard for updates on upcoming courses or changes in details for multi-step courses. We appreciate your support and thank you for your understanding!
