Resetting Your Password for The ACI Learning Portal

Are you having trouble resetting your password for the ACI Learning Portal? We’ve got your back with a few steps to help you reset your password.

When you request to reset your password on the ACI Learning Portal, an email is sent to the email address with which you registered. Sometimes, the email goes to the junk email folder, so check there first. If you still can’t locate the email, try running a search with the key word “ACI” to try and locate the email.

We also suggest using the Chrome browser when accessing the ACI Learning portal for best results.
