Insights is the ACI Learning skills gap analysis tool. Utilizing the assessment capabilities of the our assessment platform, Insights produces a suite of reports and data focused on either a team manager or an individual learner. Assessments can assess the candidates knowledge, skills and abilities by asking knowledge recall, investigative and ability based questions interacting with real live hardware and operating systems.
