The score card page is shown once you complete your assessment. The page shows a small amount of meta-data about the assessment itself, the result achieved and then the breakdown of each skill domain within the assessment.

The skill domain cards show whether or not you are meeting, exceeding or under the configured expectation for your team. If no expectation is configured then the score card will show the proficiency banding instead.
