Your CEH v12 exam voucher was issued to you with your e-Courseware at the start of your session. You will not need to submit an exam voucher request through ACI Learning to have it issued. CEH v12 exam vouchers are issued through Aspen (EC-Council).

To create your Aspen (EC-Council) New User Registration, select this link: EC-Council | Exam Center. Once your account has been created, you will be able to access your exam voucher.

Please read through these instructions to proceed with accessing your exam voucher through Aspen (EC-Council). This document covers details on completing your evaluation, downloading your Certification of Attendance, and accessing your Exam Voucher: Aspen Eval, Certificate of Attendance, Certification Help

To prepare for your CEH v12 exam attempt, we strongly recommend attending a 1:1 Mentor session before you schedule your exam.

Use the following steps to schedule a 1:1 CEH Mentoring Session:

  1. Log into your ACI Learning Portal and click on the Chat Bubble.

  2. Click Send us a message.

  3. Select User Triage (Tech Academy)

  4. Select General Mentoring

  5. Choose EC-Council

  6. Select CEH

  7. Use the link to schedule a Mentor Session

Prior to scheduling your exam, you must review and acknowledge EC-Council's virtual exam requirements: EC-Council | Exam Requirements

You will also need to ensure your computer meets the technical requirements:

  • Windows Vista or higher (Windows 10 S is not supported)

  • Mac OS X 10.15 or higher

  • 2.0 GHz or faster processor, 4GB or more RAM

  • Reliable and stable connection speed of 2 Mbps down/up

  • Camera, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and microphone

  • Have your government-issued ID ready to present during the check-in process

    • Candidates are required to allow their camera to capture a clear photo of their face, as a strict requirement for identification prior to their exam session

  • Roommates or pets? Make sure your space is free from noise or distractions

  • Clear the room of any preparation materials or unauthorized items to avoid exam violations

Once EC-Council releases the exam voucher to you, it is your responsibility to schedule your exam. You will be responsible for logging into Exam Specialists to set up your exam day/time. ACI Learning is not liable for any computer issues or virtual exam issues as they are outside of our control once the exam voucher is released to you. Please contact EC-Council Support to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

If a secondary exam attempt is needed, the second-attempt voucher will be located in your Aspen Portal. Please note that the second-attempt voucher is only available for on-site testing at an EC-Council testing center. If there are no local EC-Council testing centers by you, please contact ACI Learning's Support team to request to upgrade the second-attempt voucher to a remote proctor voucher.

Before submitting a request to ACI Learning Support via the chat bubble, please have these items handy or your request may be delayed:

  1. Exam transcript from your first attempt

  2. Second-attempt voucher code (if available) - located in your Aspen Portal
