What payment methods does ITPro accept?
ITPro accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
I live in a different country, will my card work?
Yes, as long as your card is from one of the four major card providers listed above.
Can I pay for my Annual subscription on a monthly basis instead of a lump sum?
No. ITPro offers different features for Monthly and Annual memberships, and they are separate subscriptions. Payments for Annual memberships are only available in one yearly lump sum, as these memberships come with the ability to download content for offline viewing.
I want to change my payment on file. How can I update this for my next renewal payment?
You can edit your billing information at any time during your subscription through your Account Settings. From your Account Settings page, click on Billing Information. You will then need to scroll down and click "Update Billing Information," to add your new credit card details to update and confirm your changes.
If you are set up through PayPal, you will need to log into your PayPal account to edit your card on file for the renewal payment. You can also contact User Support using the chat bubble and they can assist you in updating your billing information manually.
