To schedule a virtual ITIL 4 Foundation exam you are first required to meet with an Instructor/Mentor to receive the green light to test.

You must review and acknowledge the PeopleCert virtual exam requirements: PeopleCert | ExamShield

  • Ensure your home computer meets the technical requirements:

    • Windows 10 version 17763.0 or higher

    • macOS Sierra (10.12), macOS High Sierra (10.13), macOS Mojave (10.14), macOS Catalina (10.15) or macOS Big Sur (11)

    • Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps

  • Camera, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and microphone

  • Have your government-issued ID ready to present during the check-in process

    • Restricted IDs such as U.S. military IDs are not accepted

  • Roommates or pets? Make sure your space is free from noise or distractions

  • Clear the room of any preparation materials or unauthorized items to avoid exam violations

Once ACI Learning releases the exam voucher to you, it is your responsibility to schedule your exam. You will be responsible for logging into PeopleCert to set up your exam day/time.

Once you have tested and passed the requirements, connect with ACI Support through the chat bubble on our Student Learning Portal Dashboard, type (or copy/paste) the following: "I acknowledge the terms and conditions and would like to request an exam voucher for ITIL. I have reviewed the OS or Windows test requirements located in the ACI Learning Portal.โ€

This will initiate your voucher request. A representative will be in contact with you within 48 hours. Please allow up to 2 business days for your voucher to be provisioned.

ACI Learning is not liable for any computer issues or virtual exam issues as they are outside of our control once the exam voucher is released to you. Please contact PeopleCert Support to resolve.
