To schedule a virtual CCNA or CISSP exam, you are first required to meet with an Instructor/Mentor to receive the green light to test.
Use the following steps to schedule a Green Light Mentor Session:
Log into your ACI Learning Portal and click on the Chat Bubble.
Click Send us a message.
Select Learning Hubs
Select Exam Voucher Request
Choose No, I have not met with a Mentor.
Select Exam
Pick Certification (if applicable)
Use the link to schedule a Mentor Session
Upon completion of your green light mentor session and receipt of approval, our team will issue the exam voucher to your email address. If you have not received your exam voucher within 3-4 business days, connect with ACI Support through the chat bubble on our Student Learning Portal Dashboard, type (or copy/paste) the following: "I acknowledge the terms and conditions and would like to request an exam voucher for _________." (Enter name of the course). A representative will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
You must review and acknowledge the OnVUE virtual exam requirements: PearsonVUE | Cisco
Ensure your computer meets the technical requirements:
Windows 11 & 10 (64-bit) – (excluding ‘S Mode’)
macOS 10.15 and above – (excluding beta versions)
Reliable and stable connection speed of 2 Mbps down/up
Camera, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and microphone
Have your government-issued ID ready to present during the check-in process
Restricted IDs such as U.S. military IDs are not accepted
Roommates or pets? Make sure your space is free from noise or distractions
Clear the room of any preparation materials or unauthorized items to avoid exam violations
Once ACI Learning releases the exam voucher to you, it is your responsibility to schedule your exam. You will be responsible for logging into PearsonVUE | Cisco to set up your exam day/time.
ACI Learning is not liable for any computer issues or virtual exam issues as they are outside of our control once the exam voucher is released to you. Please contact Pearson OnVUE Support to resolve.
