To schedule a virtual CCNA or CISSP exam, you are first required to meet with an Instructor/Mentor to receive the green light to test.

Use the following steps to schedule a Green Light Mentor Session:

  1. Log into your ACI Learning Portal and click on the Chat Bubble.

  2. Click Send us a message.

  3. Select Learning Hubs

  4. Select Exam Voucher Request

  5. Choose No, I have not met with a Mentor.

  6. Select Exam

  7. Pick Certification (if applicable)

  8. Use the link to schedule a Mentor Session

Upon completion of your green light mentor session and receipt of approval, our team will issue the exam voucher to your email address. If you have not received your exam voucher within 3-4 business days, connect with ACI Support through the chat bubble on our Student Learning Portal Dashboard, type (or copy/paste) the following: "I acknowledge the terms and conditions and would like to request an exam voucher for _________." (Enter name of the course). A representative will be in contact with you within 48 hours.

You must review and acknowledge the OnVUE virtual exam requirements: PearsonVUE | Cisco
