Accessing products through your CompTIA SSO account:
As of April 14, 2022, many of CompTIA's official training products may be accessed through your CompTIA single sign-on (SSO) account. Follow the access key redemption instructions below.
If you already have a CompTIA account, use your current email address and password to sign in.
Note: CompTIA recently migrated to single sign-on (SSO), so please use the Reset Your Password option if you haven’t logged in through this page previously to create your new SSO password.
If you do NOT already have a CompTIA account, select the Sign Up Now button and follow the steps to verify your email address and create a new account.
1. Enter your access key and click Redeem Now.
2. Click Access My New Training to go directly to your new product or click View All My Products to see a full list of all your training products.
If you have technical issues within your account, you will need to submit a ticket directly to CompTIA’s Support Team by visiting here: https://help.comptia.org/hc/en-us/requests/new.
