I need to reschedule my class. What is the ACI Learning’s reschedule policy?

Students are allowed 2 two reschedules due to unforeseen, approved circumstances.

Reschedules will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Learning Hub Director and may be subject to a reschedule fee of $150 if not communicated appropriately or the student is a no-show/no call. Reschedule requests can be submitted by contacting your local Learning Hub or reach out to us in the help chats, at the bottom of the page, or via https://help.acilearning.com/.

Client Services will work alongside you and your Career Training Consultant in getting you rescheduled. If students fall outside of the 2 two allowed reschedules, they will be cancelled, and the cancellation policy will be followed (See Cancellation Policy in the state catalog.).
