You can navigate through your content by using the buttons within the Content navigation, below the Content panel.

The Next and Previous buttons can be used to navigate to the next and previous pages of your exercise content.

The exercise menu can be accessed by clicking the page numbers and is used to navigate directly to a specific exercise page.

The Top button can be used to move to the top of the content pane.
