Getting Started Video showing – “Sorry This video does not exist”


We have recently undergone a change to our getting started video and as such assessments created before this change may encounter the following screen:

To resolve this you will need to restart your active assessment. If you have already taken screenshots or answered questions and would not like to reset your assessment please visit the link below to watch the video:

In order to reset your assessment you can either refresh your page or close your page and click on the link to the Practice Labs platform once more, On returning to the Practice Labs platform you will be present with:


Click Restart
You will then be presented with:

If you are happy for the report to be deleted click Yes, delete report. If you would like to keep the report but it is unsubmitted click Yes, keep report.
