Reset Password is not working on the ACI Learning Portal.

A password reset email is sent to the email address with which you registered.

Sometimes the password reset email ends up in the junk email folder. Please check there.

You can also run a key word search, in your inbox. Perhaps a good key word, to search by would be “ACI.”
