The ITPro course episode pages have a variety of tools to support your viewing experience.

Viewing Progress

  1. Overall course progress is displayed in the course details area at the top of the episode menu

  2. You can view progress for individual episodes in the episode menu

  3. Once you watch an entire episode, the episode will be marked as completed. A checkmark will display on the episode menu

  4. You can manually mark a course as completed by checking the box located in the top left of the video player overlay, "Mark episode as viewed"

πŸ‘‰ Once the course is completed, you will be able to generate a certificate of completion with a button appearing at the top of the episode list. Take a look at this article for more details on Certificates of Completion!

Course Supplements

  • Virtual labs and Practice tests are accessible with Premium Memberships. When available, these features are accessible from the buttons located underneath the course details at the top of the episode menu. You can also browse these features by clicking the appropriate link in the Side Navigation bar on the left side of the page.

Transcripts, Closed Captions, and Show Notes

  • If available, you can use the transcript feature where available to follow along with the video. You can also search the transcript and jump to any part of an episode by clicking on that part of the transcript.

  • Closed captions can be activated in the primary video player by clicking the "CC" button at the bottom of the episode player if the course includes captions. Learn more here.

  • If courses contain show notes, Powerpoint files, or other course materials, these will be available for download as a zip folder under the course details at the top of the episode menu on the right. For some courses, the folder is found under the first or second episode of a course in the episode. Click here for more details on how to locate these resources!
