An activation link was sent to your primary email account to set your password. If that link is expired or isn’t working, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your email address associated with your ACI On Demand account.

  2. Visit and request a password reset.

  3. Follow the steps in the email and log in to your ACI On Demand account. This email acts as your password setup if you’ve never logged in.
