Details on how to pause your membership

ITPro understands that sometimes work can get busy or budgets can be tight. We are happy to now offer the ability to pause your membership with us! 

Pausing your account allows you to save your current membership rate and set up a reactivation schedule with one of our User Support team members. You can pause your membership for one, two, or three months. 

To set up a pause on your account, you can message the User Support team through chat with your request to pause. Be sure to include how long you'd like to pause your account: 1, 2, or 3 months.

The team will then pause your account and set a date for re-activation based on your billing cycle. The User Support team will reach back out to you just before the time of your re-activation to make sure you're ready to reactivate your account.
