For most ITPro courses, you can download a Certificate of Completion once you have successfully completed the entire course. A Certificate of Completion notes your total training hours within a course. 

Once you have finished all the episodes of a course, you will receive a message alerting you that you have completed the course, and then you will see the Generate Certificate button in the course details area: 

If you are not seeing this option, make sure that you are seeing check marks next to every episode. If even one episode is missing this mark, you will not be able to generate a Certificate of Completion.
