The A+ 1100 exam is retiring on September 25, 2025. If you recently completed the A+ 1100 course, you may be eligible to transition to the A+ 1200 exam and receive an A+ 1200 exam voucher.
Who is eligible?
You can transition if:
You completed an A+ 1101 course with ACI Learning Tech Academy between June 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 (the 4 months before and after the retirement date).
You have an active A+ 1100 exam voucher (not expired).
What do I need to do?
To qualify for the A+ 1200 exam voucher, you must:
Complete your EPWs
Finish the 1101 EPW and 1102 EPW.
Meet all requirements for both EPWs.
Use transition resources
Inside your A+ 1100 EPWs, you’ll receive:
A copy of the A+ 1200 e-book
A Transition Guide with exam updates
Get your A+ 1200 voucher
Once your EPWs are complete and your A+ 1100 voucher is still active, you’ll receive a A+ 1200 exam voucher.
What if my voucher is expired?
You will need to request a voucher extension through the extension process.
If your extension is approved, you must still complete the 1101 and 1102 EPWs to qualify for the A+ 1200 voucher.
Tip: Complete your EPWs as soon as possible to make sure you stay eligible.
